Staybridge Suites Austin North - Parmer Lane by IHG

Front desk is always pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed the social hr and how well the food service staff take care of their guest.

I have stayed at Staybridge Suites in North Austin several times now and it has always been a great experience. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, with everything kept in good condition. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service overall is excellent. The person behind the counter named Zain was especially kind and helpful, which made check in even smoother. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and comfort you get. My only complaint is that they did not have facial soap bars available during my stay. Other than that, everything was great. I will definitely continue staying here whenever I visit the area.

Room was clean and comfortable. One room issue for us was that the television was not a smart tv; so much for watching streaming services. Staff were personable. We did not care for the hotel location as it turned out to not be convenient for our planned activities. Would I stay here again? Unlikely

We had an amazing stay. Rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Checking in& out was easy too! The breakfast had a really good variety which I enjoyed.

Fantastic hotel. My family of 5 stayed for two nights and I think we've found a "home base" for when we're in Austin. -excellent service. They seemed very attentive to accommodating guests. -free lvl 2 EV charger ( it gives an error at first but will start charging.) - nice rooms, feels nicer than a cheap hotel. - excellent breakfast. -free dinner! They had amazing food for the dinners (m, tu, wed only). It was more than enough for a full meal. Both nights they had the full salad bar in addition to the entres which were restaurant quality. - right around the corner from Walnut Creek Park. Several reviewers complained about roaches and feeling unsafe in this area. We didn't have any issues. The whole hotel is so clean I would have been surprised to see bugs. As far as safety, we thought it felt like a perfectly safe part of town.

This is a great hotel for this price point. This is a very good hotel, in general. While I write this review, the hotel is at 4.6 stars, and I'm surprised it's not higher. The rooms are really nice. Not fancy. But nice and clean and well kept. I worked with three front-desk staff. Each was super nice and pleasant and helpful and kind. The hotel staff in general were really nice. I was even in touch with their IT support folks. Again, super helpful. I had a special request with my stay. Yet again, super helpful and accommodating as much as possible. And with a smile. My company has spent sooo much more to have me stay at supposedly "nicer" hotels, and they didn't even come close to this. Highly recommended. And I really enjoyed some of the great and highly rated restaurants within a 3-minute walk.

Staybridge Suites Austin North was just a hotel convenient for me as I made my way home from 2 long work days on the road. To my surprise, today's happy hour served us Burgers & Beer! Absolutely amazing. This wasn't just your ordinary hotel appetizers. I haven't had this atmosphere food wise since college. Anyway, hats off to the staff and management at staybridge today for what they brought to the table. Awesomeness! Thx...

The room was super clean ! I got a 1 bedroom and the room came with a small kitchen + utensils. Everything was clean and smelled good. They had breakfast everyday which was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone . It is about 18 min away from the city though. We didn't get to take a picture of the room but it looked exactly like this one . Pool was also very clean .
